SmartDublin Core

I recently saw a presentaiton from a company that built a tool enabling librarians to upload an image and automatically generate metadata.  It cost 60k per year.  So I thought i'd give my hand at building something similar.

This dashboards lets the user choose between llama3.2-vision or OpenAI API when generating Dublin Core metadata.  Llama3.2-vision isnt great, but does generate some metadata.  But I really didnt test it very much.
